This first level course is for absolute beginners in Modern Standard Arabic, introducing you to the basic alphabet, grammar, and vocabulary. Modern Standard Arabic is the official shared dialect among all inhabitants of the Middle East and North Africa.
By the end of this course, you should be able to read basic words, as well as say simple conversational phrases in Modern Standard Arabic.
Are you able to recognize the alphabet in Arabic? Are you even able to read some words? Do you recognize some of the vocabulary being said in an Arabic conversation but not quite ready to answer or understand the full context?
This course is a continuation of Arabic for Beginners Level I and builds on the grammar and vocabulary introduced to absolute beginners in Level I.
By the end of this course, you should be able to read and understand basic sentences, and you should be able to hold a basic conversation with Arabic speakers.
This advanced level of Arabic for Beginners will familiarize you with the different types of sentences and verbs in the Arabic language.
By the end of this course, you should be able to write full sentences in Modern Standard Arabic.
