Laila Ali

Educational Consultant, Team leader & Founder

As Team Leader and founder of Key2Skills, Laila handles the day-to-day operations of the business. She has a Master’s degree in Educational Technology as well as over 19 years of experience in the education industry.

She is skilled in creating performance-driven learning solutions and analytical assessments as well as building teams to be able to innovate and develop training solutions.

Laila is a keen advocate of women rights, diversity, and personal empowerment. When not working, Laila is a fitness buff who enjoys the summer. Give her a cold drink on a hot summer day and surround her with family, and you will have one happy mama!

Shaden Ghazal

Instructional Designer and Communication Training Supervisor

As supervisor of the communication training department at K2S, Shaden oversees the design, implementation, and quality control of our communication and language courses.

She also plays an integral role in research and development at K2S.

Shaden is an advocate of intersectional feminism, equality, and inclusion. She loves to read, research, and visit museums.

Bahaa Hajar

Technical Training Manager

As Technical Training Manager, Bahaa oversees the design, implementation, and quality control of our IT training courses.

He plays an integral role in onboarding and managing trainers, managing and overseeing courses, as well as in delivering IT courses as an experienced technical trainer.

Bahaa has a background in Technology Implementation in Construction Engineering and Management industry.

Bahaa enjoys cycling and outdoors, and is an advocate for accessibility, human rights, and diversity.

Jackeline Forero

Instructional Designer & Technical Trainer

As a professional educator and instructional designer with 15 years of experience and a master’s degree in Educational Technology.

Jackeline designs and delivers courses in website design, MS Office, and other technical training courses at K2S.

Jackeline is passionate about education and the self-improvement process. She has created programs to promote the protection of women and to raise awareness against domestic violence.

In her spare time, Jackeline enjoys dancing, reading, and painting.

Ibrahim Salim

Programming Trainer / Machine Learning and Data Engineer / Database Engineer

Ibrahim is a PhD candidate in Information Systems Engineering.

He has been in the database engineering business for over fifteen years, delivering solutions for different companies.

He is well known in the machine learning and data science field, utilizing the latest deep learning algorithms to ensure that the used applications are up-to-date.

He first became interested in programming in the bachelor study phase.

Since 2017, he has been a Python programming trainer.

Ibrahim completed a master’s degree in computer science field, where he learned more programming styles and solutions that he still implements to this date.

Outside the work environment, Ibrahim spends a good time with his wife and kids and also with his friends.

Tamara Zoubi

Marketing Manager

Tamara is our Marketing Manager, she has over 13 years of experience in the marketing field, although a banking and finance graduate, she never found herself in the banking field and opted for a more fun career ,towards the end of her office years in marketing she freelanced for clients to help them build their websites.

She strongly believes that women should be able to work independently from home, especially moms, where they can still contribute back to society while working from home and also provide for their families. This can be done by educating women and pushing them to learn.

Tamara loves animals and helps foster them and finds them a forever home. On her free time she plays jiu jitsu

Fatima El Cheikh

Digital Media and Graphic Design Specialist

Fatima is K2S’s graphic designer.

She has more than 7 years of experience in marketing and web development and is equipped with a Master’s degree in Multimedia.

She is an independent woman who leads a team of designers and manages her own company.

She has also given life skills training to people in difficult circumstances to empower and help them build their personality.

Fatima spends her free time learning something new, and is interested in languages, drawing and music.
