As Team Leader and founder of Key2Skills, Laila handles the day-to-day operations of the business. She has a Master’s degree in Educational Technology as well as over 19 years of experience in the education industry. She is skilled in creating performance-driven learning solutions and analytical assessments as well as building teams to be able to innovate and develop training solutions. Laila is a keen advocate of women rights, diversity, and personal empowerment. When not working, Laila is a fitness buff who enjoys the summer. Bahaa Hajar
Technical Training Manager
As Technical Training Manager, Bahaa oversees the design, implementation, and quality control of our IT training courses. He plays an integral role in onboarding and managing trainers, managing and overseeing courses, as well as in delivering IT courses as an experienced technical trainer. Bahaa has a background in Technology Implementation in Construction Engineering and Management industry. Bahaa enjoys cycling and outdoors, and is an advocate for accessibility, human rights, and diversity.

As supervisor of the communication training department at K2S, Shaden oversees the design, implementation, and quality control of our communication and language courses She also plays an integral role in research and development at K2S. Shaden is an advocate of intersectional feminism, equality, and inclusion. She loves to read, research, and visit museums.
